Check-in time: Rooms are available from 4pm. Please note that reception closes at 8:30pm.
Check-out time: Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

If you would like a specific room, please let us know your preference at the time of booking, without promising you that you will have this room, we will do our best according to availability at the time of your stay to meet your expectations.

Conditions of cancellation

To cancel your reservation, please do so at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date in low season and at least 7 days before in high season. If you fail to meet this deadline, you will be charged the full amount of your stay, including applicable taxes.

Please note that this cancellation policy does not apply to reservations made through third-party online sites such as Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, Travelocity.com, Booking.com, Priceline.com, etc. Nor does it apply to prepaid and non-refundable sales, or to certain packages.



We are strictly a non-smoking facility. Animals are not allowed in the establishment. For the respect and rest of other Customers, the Customer and accompanying persons must ensure that they do not slam doors or make noise, particularly between 9 pm and 8 am.


Reservation conditions

Accommodation taxes, GST and QST are not included.
Access to certain services may be restricted without compensation in the event of equipment failure, provided this does not prevent the stay from taking place.
