Payment of Your Invoice

Here are the Two Accepted Payment Methods for your Invoices. The Total Amount must be paid at least 48 hours before the Customer’s Arrival:

• Payment by Bank Transfer: Electronic Funds Transfer is a convenient and secure method of payment.
• Payment by Credit Card: Complete the Credit Card Authorization Form. This will allow us to cover your customers’ accommodation costs.

Booking conditions for groups :

• 50% deposit due 15 days before arrival. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to reclaim the rooms.
• Final rooming list 15 days before group arrival
• Cancellation without penalty: You can cancel your reservation up to 16 days before the start of your stay.
• Cancellation within 15 days: In the event of cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival, a 50% charge will be applied.
• Cancellation 10 to 14 days before arrival: For cancellations made less than 10 to 14 days before arrival, the customer must pay the full cost of the room.
• Cancellation within 9 days: For cancellations made less than 9 days before the start of the stay, the customer must pay the full cost of the stay (room, meals and activities).
• NO SHOW: In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
